Terms of Service

1. Who we are and what this document is

Unitelia ("Service") is operated by Private Entrepreneur Mazur Nazarii Yaroslavovych (ФОП Мазур Назарій Ярославович), a sole proprietor registered in Ukraine (Lviv).

Under Ukrainian law this document is a public offer to enter into a contract of adhesion (art. 633, 634 and 641 of the Civil Code of Ukraine). You accept it by registering an account or by paying for the Service, whichever happens first; from that moment this document is the contract between us.

2. What the Service does

The Service is an AI worker for e-commerce sellers. It reads incoming customer conversations from channels you connect (Instagram, etc.), drafts replies using third-party LLMs (Anthropic, Google), and either:

• Logs the draft only (Manual mode),
• Queues the draft for your approval (Semi-Auto mode), or
• Sends the draft to your customer without human review (Auto mode).

You ("Operator") configure the Trust Mode and remain responsible for the substance of every message the Service sends on your behalf.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into agreements on behalf of the organization you represent.

4. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate account information.
• Keep your credentials secure. Notify us immediately of suspected compromise.
• Comply with the terms of every third-party platform you connect (Meta Platform Terms, KeyCRM ToS, Nova Poshta API rules, etc.).
• Use the Service only for lawful business purposes. Do not send spam, harassment, or unsolicited messages.
• Honor data-subject rights for your End-customers (right to access, deletion, etc.). See our Privacy Policy for the mechanism we provide.

5. Pricing and payment

Pricing tiers and outcome-based add-ons are shown in the application and on the pricing page. Prices are displayed in US dollars with an indicative hryvnia conversion; settlement with customers in Ukraine is in hryvnia, at the rate fixed when the invoice is issued.

We may change prices with 30 days' notice; you can cancel before the change takes effect. Payments are accepted through the providers listed on our Payments page. Refunds are returned to the payment instrument the payment came from.

6. AI behavior and liability

The Service uses LLMs that may hallucinate, generate incorrect information, or fail to follow instructions. By enabling Auto mode you accept that messages will be sent without human review and you remain responsible for their content. You can disable Auto mode at any time. We provide an audit log of every message and every AI action.

7. Limited warranty

The Service is provided "as is". We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, bug-free behavior, or that AI-generated replies will be commercially appropriate.

8. Liability cap

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 100.

9. Termination

You may cancel at any time from the Service settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or third-party platform terms (e.g., Meta Platform Terms). On termination we retain data for 30 days for backup recovery, then delete.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Lviv, Ukraine.

11. Changes

We will notify you of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
